This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on niyoos.com (our website) and app.niyoos.com (the Niyoos application), and how you control them. It is part of our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies and local storage are
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. Local storage is a similar store in your browser that keeps small settings. Both can be read back on later visits.
2. Our approach
- We use only what the service needs to work and stay secure, plus analytics only if you accept.
- Analytics is off until you click Accept. Declining is as easy as accepting, and you can change your choice at any time.
- We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- The Niyoos proxy (api.niyoos.com), which your agents call, sets and reads no cookies.
3. What we use
3.1 Strictly necessary (always on)
These make sign-in, security and payments work. The service cannot work without them, so they do not need consent.

3.2 Preferences and app state (local storage, always on)
These remember choices you make in the app. They stay in your browser and are not sent to us for tracking.

They stay until you clear your browser's storage or, for the plan choice, until it is used.
3.3 Analytics (only if you accept)

Google Analytics runs only on our public pages (the website and the public pages of the app, such as legal pages), never inside your signed-in workspace, and only after you click Accept. Nothing is sent to Google before that.
4. Your choices
- Banner: when you first visit, choose Accept or Decline. Both are one click.
- Change your mind: use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any public page. If you withdraw consent, analytics stops and we ask Google Analytics not to set further cookies; you can delete existing ones in your browser.
- Browser settings: you can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop sign-in from working.
5. Third parties
Clerk, Cloudflare, Razorpay and Google set and read their own cookies under their own privacy policies. Links to third-party websites from our pages are governed by those websites' policies.
6. Changes
We update this policy when we add or remove a cookie or storage key, and change the effective date.
