These are the companies Niyoos uses to provide the service that may process personal data. Each is bound by a written contract that requires it to protect the data and use it only to provide its service to us. This page forms part of our Data Processing Agreement.
1. Sub-processors that may handle customer data

Clerk uses Cloudflare, Inc. to protect its sign-in service; Cloudflare may see the IP address of sign-in requests.

3. Services that receive no personal data
We list these for transparency:
- Frankfurter (European Central Bank reference rates) and open.er-api.com: we request the US dollar to Indian rupee exchange rate. We send them no customer data.
4. AI model providers are not our sub-processors
When your agents call an AI model provider through Niyoos (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, Moonshot, Groq or Together, or a custom endpoint), you choose the provider, you hold the account and you supply the key. Niyoos forwards your requests to that provider on your instruction and has no contract with it for your traffic. Those providers process data for you, under your agreement with them, so they are not Niyoos's sub-processors. You are responsible for your agreement with them and for any transfer of data to them.
5. Changes
5.1 We will announce a new sub-processor in section 1 on this page, and by email to customers who ask to be notified, at least 30 days before it starts processing customer data. To be notified, email privacy@niyoos.com with the subject "Sub-processor updates".
5.2 If you object on reasonable data-protection grounds, tell us within those 30 days. We will try to find a solution. If we cannot, you may cancel the affected paid plan and receive a pro-rata refund of fees prepaid for the period after the change.
5.3 We may replace a sub-processor urgently, without 30 days' notice, where needed for security or to keep the service running. We will update this page and notify you as soon as possible.
5.4 Changes to section 2 or 3 are announced on this page when they happen.
